\u00b5RMF provides CAD engineering services to support small to large sized businesses. Our industrial designers and mechanical engineers work closely with your team to help you develop your product and make it a usable product in the market. We can create a variety of new industrial design options for our customers, or we can refine the design of an existing product and prepare it for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. In addition, we offer manufacturing services through an established network of manufacturing partners, making us a “one-stop-shop” for all your mechanical and ID needs.<\/h6> \r\n\r\nCAD software creates files that can be modified, enhanced, and prototyped – the creation of curves, lines and geometric figures are often referred to as CAD. By converting a sketch or a 2D drawing into a 3D CAD model, our customers gain a great competitive advantage when prototyping by reducing iterative design and expensive tooling costs. Once your product concept development is complete, we have the engineering design tools to create an accurate 3D CAD model with cost effective solutions for your product development, prototyping and\/or manufacturing needs.

\r\n\r\nA 3D CAD file improves the quality of your design for manufacturing and visualization purposes. These files allow our clients to interact with their model in 3D by rotating it in any direction and simulate its movements within a 3D CAD software. Our team commonly uses Solidoworks and ProEng CAD software, however we have used our customers software as required. You may add mark-ups and comments instantly in relation to your 3D CAD files and send them back to us for modifications and design improvements.
