All components required per the BOM must be not only be included, but they must be properly identified, properly packaged, including appropriate overages for the PCB assembly process to be effective. •  The Bill of Materials (BOM) descriptions and the material call-outs are reviewed for any discrepancies
•  Authorized sources for materials are found and the best sources for availability and pricing requirements are identiified
•  If availability conflicts with the assembly timeline, options are found and presented to BOM owner for approval
•  A costed BOM is given to the purchaser of the BOM owner for approval prior to any purchase
•  All purchased materials are tracked to ensure on-time delivery
•  Incoming materials are counted, inspected and verified against the manufacturers data sheet
•  Industry standards for ESD prevention are utilized to ensure conditions of components
•  Materials are identified, organized, and packaged to present to assembly for efficient production

Almost all the parts are procured at Arrow Electronics, Avnet, Sigi-key, Farnell, Future Electronics, Mouser Electronics, and Newark. We have the capability of sourcing hard-to-find, obsolete, or unusually long lead-time components as a result of building over the years an extensive network of global sources.

We can accept your BOM in a number of formats, but we recommend that you use our Bill of Materials Template when building your BOM.
